Belly 2 Belly 1:1 Session 

This is about being kept, about contact, about your needs, your limits and about it and about yourself.

Slow Down!

​

Because in the slowness you can really listen to your body - what does it need right now, what fears arise, does shame arise, sadness or simply deep relaxation spreads or curiosity? All of that is welcome. 

​

Belly2Belly is not a "cuddling" session in that sense, but should be a space in which you can experience yourself, in contact with yourself and with me as your counterpart and it's all about what's on NOW and that from moment to moment. This can be from eye contact to fingertip to fingertip or back to back to belly to belly body contact. 

 

Belly2Belly is something for you...

​

- if you long for contact, but this is often associated with fears

- you just want to be held

- you're feeling heavy right now, maybe you feel like you've built a wall around yourself

- you are going through a lot of stress and want to relax your body and your whole nervous system again

- you give and achieve a lot in everyday life and just want to wind down and recharge your batteries

- bring a certain topic with you with which you want to show yourself (vulnerable).

What Belly2Belly is not:

​

- Belly2Belly has nothing to do with sexual touch or physicality 

- it's not just about the pure stimulation (being physically touched/touched), the physical contact rather serves to enable you to feel yourself and remain present

​

The setting:

- the session takes place on a mat

- we are both fully clothed

- the touches are mainly holding, less caressing or massaging

​

The sequence:

- at the beginning there is a short preliminary talk in which you can share how you are doing, what you want from the session and we can both communicate our limits

- breathing together and arriving on the mat

- Belly2Belly 

- follow up and a short follow-up discussion

What is Belly2Belly for me:

​

I fell in love with this practice because I can recharge my batteries here, (re)nourish myself on so many levels. It can be totally exciting or totally relaxing. The best thing about it: I don't have to do anything, I can just be, nobody expects anything from me, there is no agenda, no goal.

I have learned an incredible amount about myself through this simple practice. For example, when it comes to needs and limits, I now know how good this slowness is for me to listen to what I want and what I don't want. Also how I relate to people where I hold back, feel too much, don't keep my limits because I want to please or not hurt the other person. In the same way I relaxed, enjoyed, felt curiosity, felt joy, felt grounded and laughed :)
