Belly 2 Belly
I fell in love with this practice because it allows me to recharge and nourish myself on so many levels. It can be totally exhilarating or completely relaxing. The best part: I don't have to do anything; I can just be, and no one expects anything from me!
But okay, now to the practical stuff…What is Belly2Belly actually?
Belly2Belly is a partner breathing meditation that can range from two fingertips touching each other to full body contact – Belly2Belly.
Everything is an invitation, as I said, you don't have to do anything here.
You can just be here, with everything that is there right now.
What do we use for this? Our breath, our voice, movement, and touch.
What accompanies us the whole time:
-SLOW DOWN-
Only then can we fully get in touch with ourselves, sense how and what we are feeling, be more present, gain trust and relax.
What can you experience in this workshop:
- Refueling on various levels
- Permission to simply be, to not have to do anything
- Create relationships in which you show yourself vulnerable and in an empowering way
- experience more (real!) intimacy with myself and with others
- Balance between the need for connection, closeness and security and the need for freedom, individuality and boundaries
- More vitality in your relationships
- And for free: A portion of oxytocin (the dose is perfectly tailored to each individual)
I plan to offer the workshop once a month here in Leipzig! The next one is scheduled for May 2, 2023 (please let me know if you're interested).
You can come as a couple or alone. If you're coming as a couple, I encourage you to be open to other practice partners. If you'd like to practice together, please let me know when you register.
