Belly 2 Belly

I fell in love with this practice because I can recharge my batteries here, nourish myself on so many levels. It can be totally exciting or totally relaxing. The best thing about it: I don't have to do anything, I can just be, nobody expects anything from me!

But okay, let's get down to practical things... What is Belly2Belly actually?

Belly2Belly is a partner-breathing meditation that can range from two scalding fingertips to "full-body contact" - just Belly2Belly.

Everything is an invitation, as I said, you don't have to do anything here.

You're allowed to be there with everything that's there right now.

​

What do we use for this? our breath, voice, movement and touch.

What accompanies us all the time:

Only in this way can we come into full contact with ourselves, actually feel how and what we are feeling at the moment, we can then be more present, come into trust and relax.

What you can experience in this workshop:

- Refuel on various levels

- Permission to just be, not having to do anything

- Create relationships in which you show yourself vulnerable and in an empowering way

- experience more (real!) intimacy with myself and with others

- Striking a balance between the need for connection, closeness and security and the need for freedom, individuality and boundaries

- More liveliness in your relationships

- And for free: A portion of oxytocin (the dose is perfectly tailored to everyone)
