Conscious Rope - working with the rope
What else is tying up and being tied up (assuming consent, of course)? For me, it's surrender; letting go; pure relaxation (because I don't have to and can't do anything); safety and being held. Because the rope holds me and I can let myself fall into it, I can let go more easily, no longer having to "hold myself together"...and that can be incredibly powerful, because by being tied up externally and really feeling my skin boundary, something inside can be unleashed, something can open up, and through that I can release tension, breathe deeply, and emotions can be released. Being tied up, letting my body fall completely into the rope and being held, melts away protective layers, makes me soft, brings me into my body...
Of course, it may be completely different for you! Perhaps the mere thought of being tied to the rope triggers discomfort and a feeling of being at the mercy of others. Even then, it can be incredibly exciting to work with it. We can move step by step, entirely at your own pace, and take a step back at any time—every "no" and every "stop" is expressly welcome... (and scissors are always at hand, of course, should something suddenly feel overwhelming).
As a rope maker, I love the slowness, the mindfulness, the lightness, the creativity, the intuitiveness, the robustness of the rope and the playfulness.
There are soooo many qualities and so much gold in this piece of hemp, jute, cotton,…
I am incredibly excited that this new “tool” will now flow into my work

-Trust, devotion, letting go, presence-
The setting:
- A session lasts 90-120 minutes
- you wear clothes that are as tight as possible, at least underwear
- the work with the rope is done intuitively (i.e. no “decorative” restraints designed for visual effect)
I look forward to your message and your questions!
Oh yes, so it's not about eroticism, not about BDSM, I'd much rather contribute to getting ropes out of this "corner"; for me, they actually belong in every household :)
